    This year we would like to introduce our newest member to Absolute, Peter Watson! Peter has been working behind the scenes for some time, he is now on board both as a Personal Trainer and as our Strength and Conditioning coach.

    Peter has over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, is fully qualified and can process health fund claims. Peter’s expertise and knowledge in fitness training will be a benefit to us in the clinic as he is able to work alongside the therapists treating clients in related matters.
    Exercise is one of the fundamental parts of rehabilitation. It is a necessary requirement to good health, allowing you to get the most out of life. Training and exercise is essential to prevent injuries, to have healthier muscles, joints & bones, to control your weight, and to combat health conditions. Training and exercise makes you feel good!
    With Peter joining Absolute Health and Harmony, we can now offer a complete package of health and rehabilitation. Our team works closely with each other, offering feedback and advice with regards to our particular area of expertise. There are two essential elements to rehabilitation; treatment followed by strengthening and conditioning. Having an experienced trainer in our team allows us to provide you with an integrated program suited to your individual needs. Training sessions may include full gentle rehab exercises, weight training, resistance training, stretch classes or strength and conditioning.
    If you have fitness goals or events coming up in 2015 and would like to get an extra edge on your training, we can help. Peter is available to provide you with training packages that are planned and managed to suit your individual lifestyle needs.
    To celebrate the New Year, we are putting together packages that will be available during February and March.
    PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
    3 training sessions for ONLY $90, this means your PT sessions are only $30 each! That is one on one training for 30 minutes, with a training program and assessment! (normally $45 per session)
    TRAINING AND MASSAGE PACKAGE
    For those who need a little TLC after initial training sessions, as the body takes time to acclimatize to the exercise. The massage sessions help ease the muscle pains and ensure correct body movement for the next training sessions
    3 x Personal Training sessions AND
    3 x 1 Hour Remedial Massage treatments
    $270
    That equates to $30 per PT session and $60 per 1 Hour Massage (normally $75)!
    TRAINING AND BOWEN THERAPY
    For optimum results with treatment to address the body’s issues and maintain the body in correct alignment, training should be added as a regular activity.
    3 x Personal Training sessions
    3 x Bowen therapy session
    $240!
    That equals to $30 per PT session and $50 per Bowen therapy (normally $65)
    All packages must be prepaid, are valid for 6 months from purchase and can be claimed on your health fund!*
